Government opens registrations for the selection process with salaries of up to R$12,900; see areas and how to participate

SECITECI-MT has opened registrations for the selection process for temporary teachers and technicians. Starting salaries vary between R$3,201.98 and R$12,937.29.

The selection will take place through a single stage of curricular evaluation of titles and experience. There are opportunities for secondary and higher levels in various professional areas.

Registration costs R$75 and runs until November 26th. Exemption requests can be made from this Tuesday (3) until the 5th.

The State Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation of Mato Grosso (SECITECI-MT) has open registration for a selection process aimed at forming a reserve register for temporary hiring of Professional and Technological Education teachers and educational support technicians.

Starting salaries range from R$3,201.98 to R$12,937.29, depending on the position, working hours and academic qualifications of the candidate. Registration can be made until 11:59 pm on November 26, 2026, exclusively online, on the organizing committee's website.

The selection process includes professionals with secondary and higher education in various areas, including health, technology, engineering, education, agriculture, administration and industry. Areas of basic training are also planned, such as biology, physical education, philosophy, physics, geography, English language, Portuguese language, mathematics, chemistry and sociology.

Selection method: curriculum evaluation

The selection process will have a single stage of curricular evaluation, of a classificatory and eliminatory nature. The analysis considers the academic qualifications and professional experience of candidates.

For teachers, undergraduate, specialization, master's and doctoral degrees will be evaluated, in addition to teaching experience in Professional and Technological Education courses and professional experience in the chosen area.

For Educational Support Technician, education, technical courses, graduation and experience in technical and professional education institutions will be considered, in addition to professional work outside educational institutions.

The maximum score is 100 points. Candidates who obtain at least five points in the curriculum evaluation will be classified.

For the position of Educational Support Technician, the remuneration is R$3,201.98, for a 40-hour week. In the case of teachers, salaries vary according to workload and academic training:

20 hours per week: from R$3,234.33 to R$6,468.63;

30 hours per week: from R$4,851.51 to R$9,702.99;

40 hours per week: from R$6,468.68 to R$12,937.29.

The highest values ​​are intended for professionals with a doctorate. The notice also establishes differentiated remuneration for candidates with undergraduate, specialization and master's degrees.

Professionals may be called upon to work at State Technical Schools and remote units linked to the headquarters of Água Boa, Alta Floresta, Barra do Garças, Cáceres, Campo Verde, Cuiabá, Diamantino, Juara, Lucas do Rio Verde, Matupá, Poxoréu, Primavera do Leste, Rondonópolis, Sinop, Sorriso, Tangará da Serra and Várzea Grande.

Registration must be made for only one professional profile and a single State Technical School (headquarters). The call will follow the order of classification and will depend on the needs of the state administration.

Interested parties must access the organizing committee's website, fill out the electronic form and pay the registration fee. The value is R$75 for all positions. Payment of the invoice can be made until November 27, 2026, respecting banking hours.

The fee exemption request can be made between the 3rd and 5th of November. The benefit is intended for candidates who meet the criteria set out in the notice, such as unemployed people or people who earn up to one and a half minimum wages, blood donors, Electoral Court volunteers, Jury Court jurors and women who donate breast milk, according to the established requirements.

According to the competition schedule, the final result is scheduled to be announced on December 22, 2026.
