New Voice Recording and Allegations in the Investigation into Güllü's Death

A new audio recording has emerged in the investigation into the death of artist Gül Tut, publicly known as Güllü, by falling from the window of her house in Yalova.

Sultan Nur Ulu, one of the defendants in the file, spoke in the recording about the night of the incident and her allegations against Güllü's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter.

According to ATV news, Ulu responded to the question "Why did you keep silent?" He answered the question, "Look, I kept silent that long, but I kept silent because I had to. I said that if I entered there in handcuffs even once, I would tell all the facts I knew."

“MALKATA” SONG CLAIM

Ulu claimed that Gülter wanted the song "Malkata" to be played on the night Güllü passed away.

Explaining that Güllü came into the room after the song started, Ulu said, "I didn't know Malkata at all, I didn't even know which song it was."

In the indictment, the prosecutor's office evaluated that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter had the novel "Malkata", which her mother loved, turned on in order to bring Güllü into the room, and that this was a part of the planned action.

“HE WAS GIVING AN OSCAR-WORN PERFORMANCE”

Ulu claimed that he asked Tuğyan why he did such a thing to his mother and that Gülter was crying at the same time.

Regarding Gülter's attitude after the incident, he said, "Tuğyan was acting very well. He was giving an Oscar-winning performance."

In his previous statement, Ulu claimed that Gülter threw his mother out of the window and recreated the moment of the incident at the prosecutor's office.

Aggravated life imprisonment was requested

In the indictment prepared after an investigation that lasted approximately 11 months, aggravated life imprisonment was requested for Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter for the crime of "premeditated murder".

In the indictment, it is stated that Güllü fell from the window of her daughter's room onto the concrete floor from a height of approximately 18.17 meters; It was stated that he died as a result of internal bleeding due to skull and vertebra fractures and multiple internal organ and major vascular injuries.

The indictment also stated that in the camera audio recordings examined by Istanbul Technical University, it was evaluated that a young woman's voice said "Come on, see you" just before she fell.

It was reported that the prosecutor's office came to the conclusion that the statement in question was made by Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter.
