Harry and Meghan appeared in public together. For the first time since returning from the USA

The cheering residents of Nottingham did not hide their joy at the Sussexes' visit. Harry and Meghan eagerly stopped to take photos with fans, accepted flowers, balloons and small gifts for their children.

It's good to be back, said Meghan, clearly touched by the warmth of the British people.

Help for the local community

During their visit to Nottingham, the royal couple also visited a local food bank. There, they not only talked to volunteers, but also actively participated in preparing food parcels for needy city residents.

Nottingham was not chosen by accident. It was here, in 2017, that Harry and Meghan first appeared in public as a couple after announcing their engagement.

Stormy relations with the royal family

Recall that in 2020, the Sussexes decided to resign from their official duties as members of the royal family and moved to California. Since then, their relationships with the rest of the family have remained strained, including: due to allegations of mistreatment of Meghan, which the couple revealed in high-profile interviews and television productions.
