YPG statement from Hilali: Termination announcement will be made very soon

Spokesperson of the Presidential Delegation and Deputy Governor of Hasakah Hilali, who is responsible for the implementation of the January 29 agreement, made statements on the subject on Syria TV.

Stating that the announcement regarding the dissolution of the YPG will be made "very soon", Hilali said, "In the past period, we have carried out studies to address various difficulties, including the judicial file." he said.

Hilali noted that the process of integration of military, security and civilian institutions within the YPG into state institutions has reached an advanced stage.

Stating that they have left the difficult stages behind, Hilali underlined that they have made significant progress in implementing the measures in the field.

A new agreement was reached between the Syrian administration and the terrorist organization YPG on January 29, envisaging a ceasefire and gradual integration.
