IDF, 'Hezbollah weapons depots near Unifil positions in southern Lebanon'

The IDF spokesperson reports that troops operating inside the Yellow Line in southern Lebanon found ''an apartment used by Hezbollah for military purposes with dozens of weapons, 200 meters from two Unifil positions, in the Meiss El Jabal area''. Another weapons cache was discovered about 100 meters from a UN position, the IDF reports, sharing videos of the weapons, including "Kalashnikovs, RPG rocket launchers, grenades and various ammunition, next to crates of humanitarian aid and the symbols of the terrorist organizations Amal and Hezbollah".

In the Et-Tiri area, the IDF continues, another apartment used by Hezbollah for military purposes was identified, about 250 meters from a UN position. ''This constitutes further evidence of the failure of the mission of the Unifil force, as well as the cynical exploitation carried out by terrorist organizations, favored by Unifil's inaction,'' declares the IDF.
