Kamikaze UAV Attack from Iran on KRG Prime Minister Masrour Barzani's Office

It was reported that an attack was carried out by Iran with two kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the private office of Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani and the residence of the director of the intelligence agency. It was stated that there was no loss of life in the attack.

UAV ATTACK ON TWO POINTS IN ERBIL In the written statement made by the KRG Anti-Terrorism Unit, it was noted that at 00.28, an attack was carried out by Iran with 2 Hadid-110 type UAVs loaded with bombs, against the Special Office of the Prime Ministry and the place where the director of the intelligence agency was staying in the Salahaddin district of Erbil. The statement stated that there was no loss of life in the attack, and details about the points targeted by the attack were included.

HARD REACTION FROM KRG KRG Anti-Terrorism Unit condemned the attack and said: 'We strongly condemn this reckless attack and rape. This is completely unacceptable. All responsibility and consequences belong to those who organized the attack.'

MASRUR BARZANI: DIRECT THREAT TO REGIONAL SECURITY KRG Prime Minister Masrour Barzani also condemned the attack in his statement on the social media platform of Company X. Barzani said in his statement: 'Earlier today, my personal office and the home of the head of the Security and Intelligence Agency were the targets of Iranian drone attacks. I condemn these reckless and unacceptable attacks in the strongest terms. 'These attacks will not deter us from fulfilling our duties and protecting our citizens.' Barzani stated that the attack was a dangerous escalation and posed a direct threat to the security and stability of the region.
