A witness, however, stated that Marcos got out of the car, broke the window of Bruno's vehicle and fired the shots without the student having made a threat.
Bruno was hit by four shots (one in the neck, two in the chest and one in the left arm) and died. Marcos was arrested in the act, but was provisionally released after a custody hearing. Seized objects
During the investigation, the police seized five cartridges, Bruno's cell phone, the pistol used by firefighter Marcos Paulo and a pocket knife that belonged to the student.
