Truck crashed into İSKİ garden: 2 injured

The excavation truck, whose driver lost control of the steering wheel in Eyüpsultan, crashed into 2 vehicles, crossed the iron barriers and crashed into the parking lot of İSKİ General Directorate. The truck driver and the driver of a car were injured in the accident. The moment of the accident and what happened afterwards were reflected on a motorcyclist's helmet camera.

The accident occurred around 10:00 in front of İSKİ General Directorate in Güzeltepe District. Allegedly, the excavation truck proceeding on the highway crashed into the barrier after its driver lost control of the steering wheel. The truck proceeded for a while and after crossing the side road, it collided with the car traveling in the same direction and another vehicle. The truck, which broke through the iron barriers, rolled into the parking lot in the garden of İSKİ General Directorate.

Upon notice, police, fire brigade and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The car driver and truck driver, who were rescued from their location by the intervention of the fire brigade, were handed over to medical teams. The injured were taken to hospital after first aid at the scene.

In the footage, it is seen that the fast-moving excavation truck continues in the same direction for a while after hitting the barriers and then enters the side road. In the rest of the footage, it is seen that the truck hit 2 cars on the road and overturned in the parking lot of İSKİ General Directorate.
