İsmail Kartal: 'We could have scored more, our plan worked well'

Fenerbahçe coach İsmail Kartal, who defeated Alanyaspor 3-0 in the Super League, made a statement at the end of the match.

Here are İsmail Kartal's words;

We left the last Champions League match with a sad score. We closed that book. We had to think about the Alanyaspor match. We talked about this match for two days; We couldn't train much, we did too much analysis. We explained what advantages we could provide. My players did this very well. After the other match, we played a very good match today with the great support and energy of our fans. We won 3-0, we could have won differently. We missed a penalty. The opponent has 1-2 positions and long shots.

WE WERE IN CONTROL

However, in the end, we were in complete control of the match from the beginning to the end. After all, as I said, my players showed a really good character and reaction. I congratulate them. I would like to thank Fenerbahçe fans wholeheartedly.

OUR TACTICAL PLAN WORKED WELL

This win boosted morale before Slavia Prague and the derby. Now we will concentrate on the Slavia match. We play a match every 2-3 days. It's not easy. We will prepare the players physically and mentally. We will try to play by resting some players. Our tactical plans against the opponent worked very well. I congratulate my players. Congratulations.

OUR QUALITY TEAM

Every coach would be happy and proud of this. Those who entered later in Rize also scored goals. We are a truly quality team. Those who play, those who enter the game... The motivation of the players is important. We try to keep the motivation of everyone, whether playing or not, high. We are looking at it match by match. My players try to do their best when they get the chance. Kerem and Lukaku scored goals, they relieved the pressure. Thank God, we continue our way with 3 points.
