Lagen slår också fast att en investering bara får genomföras om den lämnats utan åtgärd eller godkänts efter granskning.

ISP har beslutat att lämna anmälan utan åtgärd, med motiveringen att:

”det inte finns anledning att anta att den aktuella investeringen är en sådan utländsk direktinvestering som skulle kunna inverka skadligt på Sveriges säkerhet eller på allmän ordning eller allmän säkerhet i Sverige.”

Därmed ges köpet tillstånd enligt lagen om utländska direktinvesteringar.
