Tespit edilen yaklaşık 98 bin internet sitesi hakkında, gerekli adli kararların alınması suretiyle erişimin engellenmesine karar verildi.

1048 KİŞİYE SORUŞTURMA

Yürütülen çalışmalar kapsamında, yasadışı bahis sitelerince oyunculara para yatırma amacıyla sunulan banka hesapları tespit edildi. Söz konusu hesapların yasadışı bahis oynatılmasına ve yasadışı bahisten elde edilen gelirlerin aklanmasına aracılık ettiği belirlendi. 1048 ayrı gerçek ve tüzel kişiye ait toplam 1200 IBAN numaralı hesaba el konuldu, anılan 1048 kişi hakkında “7258 sayılı Yasaya Muhalefet” ve “Suçtan Kaynaklanan Malvarlığı Değerlerini Aklama” suçlarından soruşturma başlatıldı.

HESAPLARA EL KOYULDU

Soruşturma kapsamında, İstanbul Nöbetçi Sulh Ceza Hâkimliği’nin kararlar alınarak bankalara gerekli müzekkereler yazıldı. Suça konu banka hesaplarına el koyuldu.
