Fire in the warehouse of a chain market in Istanbul

A fire broke out for an unknown reason in the market warehouse on the ground floor of the 4-storey building in Kaynarca Street, Ekinoba District. Those who saw the smoke reported the situation to the police and fire brigade.

Those in the building evacuated by their own means. Upon notice, fire brigade, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

With the intervention of fire crews, the fire was extinguished in a short time. While no one was injured in the incident, damage occurred in the market.
