Within the scope of the work carried out by our Istanbul Police Department Anti-Narcotic Crimes and Intelligence Branch Directorates, under the coordination of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, with the support of the Anti-Narcotic Crimes Directorate, Interpol-Europol Department and MASAK; It was determined that a criminal organization operating at an international level organized the production, shipment and distribution of drugs in different countries and provinces.
In the studies conducted, it was determined that the leaders of the organization were involved in the organization of drug trafficking, the supply of chemical substances, and the transportation and logistics processes of international shipments.
10 TONS 100 KILOGRAMS OF DRUGS WERE DETECTED
As a result of the examination of encrypted communication data, the connections between the organization's international supply and shipment activities and its domestic distribution network were revealed, and it was determined that it was linked to a total of 10 tons and 100 kilograms of drugs within the scope of heroin, marijuana and cocaine trade.
In this context, a simultaneous operation was organized this morning in 13 provinces centered in Istanbul, with the participation of 2 thousand personnel, to capture the suspicious persons identified.
As a result of the operations, it was determined that the proceeds were obtained from crime; A total of 7 billion 657 million TL worth of assets were seized, including bank accounts and crypto assets belonging to 163 real persons, 556 real estate, 155 motor vehicles, and partnership shares in 71 companies.

Assets worth 7 billion 657 million TL were seized during the operation against the criminal network, which was found to be linked to 10 tons and 100 kilograms of drugs.
