Iusful raises 2 million with family offices, the legal startup aims at businesses

Iusful, the Milanese 'legal tech' startup, raises 2 million euros in funding and proposes itself as a partner for businesses. Among others, the large Italian family offices Moratti (Alecla7), Elkann (Vento), Mondini (Vesper Holding) and Berlusconi (Ithaca Investments) are investing, in a collection led by the United Ventures and Italian Founders Fund funds.

Founded by Roberto Marazzini, Michele Papagni and Federica Pulcino, it was born from direct experience of the legal difficulties that every company faces: costs that are difficult to predict, long response times and technical languages ​​that are difficult to understand. With the collaboration of the lawyer Alberto Moneta who coordinates the network of qualified professionals, Iusful gives access to a network of selected lawyers, guides the company towards the solution best suited to its needs and collects all legal activity in a single platform, with transparent times and costs.

The 'trial' began on 23 June and in less than three months Iusful managed over 100 cases covering the most recurring legal needs: from commercial contracts to privacy and the GDPR, from labor law to debt collection, up to tax and tax law, legal due diligence, workplace safety, corporate law, intellectual property, litigation and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), e-commerce and digital law. The goal is to support at least a thousand Italian companies as a legal partner, helping them to reduce legal inefficiencies by 2028.
