JISOO releases latest romantic pop single "CLICK"

JISOO of the Korean group BLACKPINK released the romantic pop single "CLICK" today (4th), opening a new chapter in his personal music career. The song depicts two people from completely different worlds, who have an indescribable heartbeat connection at the moment they meet, and everything hits it off.

The film-like MV for "CLICK" was directed by legendary director Joseph Kahn, who has worked with superstars such as Taylor Swift, Britney, and Eminem in the past. In the film, JISOO incarnates as the last conscious cyborg in a theme park forgotten by time, tearing up ticket stubs and cleaning the park alone day after day. It wasn't until she found a damaged robotic teddy bear, and carefully repaired and awakened it, that the originally lonely world began to change. JISOO and teddy bears work together to restart the long-abandoned paradise, awakening a group of forgotten toys, and filling the empty and silent park with music, vitality and warmth again.

The protagonist of the story, "The CLICK Bear", is of special significance to JISOO. It symbolizes her fans who come from different countries, speak different languages, and have different life backgrounds, but are always with her. In the MV, CLICK Bear walks side by side with JISOO, which also represents the deep bond condensed by music and shared memories.

"CLICK" is JISOO's new work after their first mini album "AMORTAGE" in 2025. Before "CLICK", JISOO kicked off a new personal chapter with "EYES CLOSED", a collaboration with ZAYN. The song became her second solo work to enter the top ten of Billboard's Global Singles Chart (Global Excl. US), and ranked No. 20 on the "Global 200" and No. 72 on the "Hot 100".
