YKS Success Celebrated at Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School

Speaking at the ceremony held in the school garden, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Coşkun Yılmaz stated that he was here as a parent and that he was happy about it.

Stating that although he met the school 30-40 years ago, his real acquaintance was when he was choosing a school because he was a parent, Yılmaz said, "I personally experience how important and valuable the educational staff our school has through my son. I would like to underline that their rights and efforts on my child are much greater and higher than mine in terms of education, and I express my gratitude." he said.

Yılmaz stated that he is from a family that studied at an imam-hatip high school and said:

"My father gave me to Imam Hatip School, and I offered Imam Hatip School as an option to my two sons, and they voluntarily chose Imam Hatip School. I hope that my grandchildren's grandchildren will continue to be Imam Hatip High School students with that spirit, excitement and identity until the day of judgement. We are pleased with this identity of ours, O Lord, and you be pleased with us. May God increase your number, but do not let any of us forget that the greatest success is to gain God's consent. I am glad to have you, Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, good "There you are, young people."

Istanbul Deputy Governor Esengül Korkmaz Çiçekli congratulated Muammer Rasih Efe and his family.

Çiçekli hoped that this success would be a good example for the future students of Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School and thanked those who contributed.

Kadıköy District Governor Muhittin Pamuk also stated that Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School is one of the schools that the district is proud of.

Emphasizing that the high school is a school that they are proud of not only with its academic success but also with the success of its graduates in social life, Pamuk said, "This has become a source of pride not only for the success of Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, but also for the Imam Hatip community, of which I am proud to be a member. We are all extremely happy in that respect." he said.

Abdullah Ceylan, Chairman of ÖNDER Imam Hatip Schools Association, stated that it is the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Imam Hatip schools and said:

"You are the answered prayers of this ummah. Hopefully, you will achieve much greater success in much more beautiful places and shape the bright future of the country and the ummah. We love you all very much for God's sake, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Hopefully, you will carry this deep-rooted tradition of Kadıköy much further and achieve much greater success. May God bless you all. Protect your prostrations, dreams and prayers as two-winged young people."

Muammer Rasih Efe, who graduated from YKS, also thanked his parents, teachers and those who contributed to the process.

After the speeches, school principal Nazmi Yıldırım presented Muammer Rasih Efe with the keys of Türkiye's domestic and national car, Togg. Efe got into the car with his parents and posed for the press.

In the program, gifts were presented to the 3 students who ranked in the top 100 in YKS.

TAI Engine Industries (TEI) General Manager Mahmut Faruk Akşit, Kadıköy District National Education Director Tahir Uygur and students attended the ceremony.
