Discussion Continues Within the Family Regarding Kadir İnanır's Will

The debate about the legacy of Yeşilçam's unforgettable artist Kadir İnanır continues.

İnanır's nephew, Levent İnanır, previously said that his uncle had received serious treatment and was using medication and said, "He had a bit of a willpower problem," and now he called Jülide Kural.

Levent İnanır said, "He has nephews in need. Uncle Kadir did what was necessary for you. You should do what suits you."

"THE WILL WAS ANNOUNCED WITHOUT WAITING FOR THE JUDGE'S EXPLANATION"

It was reported that the artist, who died at the age of 77, left his property to his life partner of 27 years, Jülide Kural. Drawing attention to the changes in the wills, Levent İnanır stated that they would wait for the contents to be announced.

Speaking to Show Haber, İnanır once again stated that he thought the will was not signed consciously. Stating that they will take legal action for the family's rights, İnanır also called Kural for the nephews in need.

Levent İnanır questioned the presence of two witnesses during the will and the obtaining of a one-day medical report.

İnanır, who claimed that the process was a "fait accompli" in his opinion, said that he saw it as a question mark that Kadir İnanır left all his property to Kural before getting married.

He claimed that the will was announced without waiting for the judge's announcement.

According to İnanır's claims, the artist left only one house to Kural in his will in 2015. This will was revoked in 2022; With another will drawn up at the same time, all his assets were left to Kural.

Levent İnanır stated that one of the witnesses was a lawyer and the other was his uncle's former driver, and that they would also be interviewed.

İnanır said:

"Why two witnesses? Why is it a fait accompli? Why a one-day medical report? None of Uncle Kadir's savings can come to an end. Why does he leave everything without getting married? Isn't this a question mark? They explained it without even allowing the judge to explain it. I don't think he signed his will consciously.

One of those two witnesses is lawyer Bişar Abdi Altınak, the other is his former driver; We will also meet with them. A reasonably thinking person would not give up everything by canceling the will he made in 2015 in 2022 and writing a new will at the same time. While in that will he left a house only to Jülide Hanım, in 2022, after 7 years, he gives up giving this house and leaves everything with another will at the same time."

Levent İnanır said that one of his uncle's biggest dreams was to build a school in his hometown, Ordu's Fatsa district. His nephew, who stated that they talked with İnanır about the location planned for the school last year, also questioned this, stating that he learned the scope of the will for 2022 later.

Levent İnanır said that he saw his uncle and Kural arguing at the hospital; He claimed that healthcare workers also witnessed this. He claimed that Kural hurt İnanır many times:

"I saw them arguing a lot in the hospital; the caregivers and the doctors also saw it. While we were devastated there, in the incident that I witnessed and was the only one I saw, Jülide Kural hurt my uncle. They also told me what happened at home. Of course, she had a hard time, but it was also very tiring. Can it be done without taking legal action? We will demand the rights of this family to the end. There is no example of this in Türkiye."

He also said that there were things he was told about what happened at home. İnanır stated that he accepted Kural's care work and emphasized that they would seek their rights as a family.
