Kremlin: Russian army is advancing towards its goals

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov made a statement regarding the agenda to journalists in the capital Moscow. Stating that the belief that Ukraine can resist Russia's military pressure is erroneous, Peskov said that the developments on the front line clearly show that the Russian army is advancing determinedly towards its goals.

'NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ANY DOUBTS'

Arguing that the dynamics on the front prove Russia's progress, Peskov said, "The situation on the field is very clear for all professionals; Russian forces are on their way to achieving the set goals and will continue to do so, no one should doubt that."

'WE WELCOME TRUMP'S CALL POSITIVELY'

Peskov evaluated US President Donald Trump's call to stop attacks on Volodymyr Zelenskiy regarding Ukraine's targeting of Russian oil refineries, and stated that they welcomed all calls to stop attacks on civilian infrastructure. Peskov also emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin found positive the intention of the leaders of China and India to contribute to the peace process, and said, "Each country can use its influence to encourage Kiev to act more flexibly and end the conflict."
