Who is responsible for the failure to fulfill the promises of President Karol Nawrocki?

Respondents were asked the question: Who is mainly responsible for the fact that some of President Karol Nawrocki's promises and announcements are not implemented? The president is harming himself? The answer that the responsibility lies primarily with President Karol Nawrocki himself, who shows a lack of effectiveness and appropriate initiatives, was chosen by 32.9 percent of respondents. In turn, the opinion that the ruling coalition is primarily to blame, as it deliberately blocks and rejects the president's initiatives, is shared by 31.3 percent. subjects. According to 24.3 percent respondents, both sides are equally responsible due to the constant Polish-Polish war. 6.8 percent respondents believe that the president effectively implements his announcements, and 4.7 percent had no opinion on this matter. This part of voters sees the government's actions as the blame. Among the supporters of the ruling camp, as many as 72 percent respondents believe that the president himself and his lack of effectiveness are to blame. In this group, 25 percent claims that both sides are responsible, and no one points to the coalition's sole fault or the effective implementation of promises. In turn, among opposition voters (PiS, both Confederations, Razem party) 68 percent respondents blame the deliberate blocking of initiatives by the ruling coalition, 17 percent blames both sides, 11 percent considers the implementation of the announcement to be effective, and only 2 percent points to the president himself. Similar opinions are expressed by voters who declare support only for both Confederations. In this group, 63 percent respondents blame the ruling coalition for the lack of fulfillment of promises, 29 percent sees fault on both sides, 8 percent believes that the president is acting effectively, and none of the respondents blamed Nawrocki himself. Other voters 34 percent is of the opinion that both sides are to blame, 27 percent points to the president, 16 percent for the ruling coalition, 9 percent assesses the implementation of promises as effective, and 14 percent no opinion. The survey was carried out by United Surveys by IBRIS on behalf of Wirtualna Polska from August 7 to 9, 2026, using the online mix-mode method and telephone standardized computer-assisted questionnaire interviews (CAWI/CATI), on a nationwide sample of 1,000 people.
