Lamborghini Temerario enters the State Police fleet for emergency services

Services with high social value

The new super sports car will be used in "services with the highest social value", such as the emergency transport of organs and medical supplies. The new example enters the police fleet after over twenty years of collaboration started in 2004, alongside the Lamborghinis already operational in the State Police fleet. From 2004 to today, the vehicles of the Emilian company have completed more than 200 missions for the transport of organs throughout Italy.

A journey that began with the first Gallardo entrusted to the Traffic Police, which already carried out the first transport of organs in September of the same year, and continued with the Gallardo LP 560-4, the Huracán, used over the years along the main motorway arteries of the country, and the Urus Performante, operational since 2023.

An unreleased Temerario

The new Temerario made available to the State Police features an unprecedented 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, combined with three electric motors for a total power of 920 HP. Thanks to its 920 HP, the Temerario guarantees maximum timeliness in the most delicate missions. The first model entrusted to the police was the Gallardo, subsequently the Gallardo LP 560-4, the Huracán, used over the years along the main motorway arteries of the country, and the Urus Performante, operational since 2023.
