Why It Matters
For three years, various groups have harassed the Badajoz judicial system through graffiti, following and publications on social networks. The case is being investigated by Judge Santiago Pedraz.
There is the Leire Díez and Santos Cerdán sewer. There is a former judge expelled from the professional career who played an active role in burying the brother's case. There is the Rochos and El Gitano clan, who decided not to participate in the "elimination" of Judge Beatriz Biedma. But there is also an underworld in Badajoz, with the prominence of other organized sewers, which have terrorized the judicial system of this city in the last three years. Here the connections and links between all of them are exposed...
The sewers of the PSOE. There is Judicial Independence in Badajoz. Anti-Corruption Magistrate of Badajoz TV and Urban Debates Club. Four recognized groups. Cross connections. Common interests. Similar objectives. Identical maneuvers. Suspicious coincidences. Intertwined characters that jump from one clan to another. And a link between all of them, identical enemies in recent years: the judges of Badajoz.
«To order a death in Spain today it costs 1,700 euros... Well, that's it.» This message is not from the Los Rochos gang, nor from El Gitano, secondary characters, who did not agree to participate in this plot, but who have become key witnesses in trying to unravel this mafia crossword puzzle. Threats, such as the one mentioned above, have appeared constantly since at least March 2023 on the public pages that these groups activated on Facebook, aimed at intimidating the judicial world of Badajoz (including some prosecutors, such as the head of Anti-Drug, Diego Yebra Rovira). The land was fertilized in advance for the plumber's landing.
So far, the only confirmed connection is that of the former judge with Leire Díez herself, also admitted by both after introducing them to Joaquín Parra, the former president of Badajoz and hydrocarbons businessman. At that time, Sáenz de Tejada was the lawyer of the businessman, already sentenced to 10 years in prison for tax fraud. The former magistrate was perfectly knowledgeable about the judicial and criminal underworld of the capital of Badajoz.
According to the Whois database record, the website independendiajudicial.com identifies its ownership as the company Eureka Corporate Group LLC – an investment, consulting and strategic growth architecture firm with projects linked to the Middle East region. This company has as directors the businessman Javier Saavedra (investigated in several criminal proceedings in Badajoz) and the lawyer and romantic partner Sara Moreno, whom the Police have identified as the user and creator of the profile Marga Pérez, very hostile and prolific in her comments against Badajoz judges in these Facebook groups. Some examples: To Biedma: "Corrupt, mud-removing excavator machine", which he compares to Pancho Villa, attacks on the magistrate's sister, who is now his lawyer, or publications of personal photographs of his partner. There is also another message, where this expression is attributed to him, that of "wanting to put her in the trunk and kill her."
On these pages, which fed back to each other by sharing publications, there were also attacks on Judge José Antonio Patrocinio Polo, president of the Court of Badajoz, who tried and sentenced the brother of the President of the Government. On September 20, Sara Moreno, on behalf of Javier Saavedra, attempted to appear in the sewer case, but Santiago Pedraz rejected it. The businessman denies any relationship with the sewers in his writing, but recognizes the "situation of open conflict" between Beatriz Biedma and him, although he assures that it is "absolutely unrelated to the facts investigated in this case", that is, to the sewers case.
For three years, constant graffiti against the judges has appeared in the city. On some occasions in the courts ("Here some judges are bought and others screwed"; "how much do you charge per file") or even in private homes, as happened with the garage of the dean of judges, Emilio García Cancho. At the same time, photographs of the magistrates were taken in a cafeteria. One more step in this escalation of hatred and harassment has been taken by Judge Marta Hernández Sánchez, head of the Investigative Court No. 4 of Badajoz, in the crosshairs of these groups, as indicated in the UCO report.
She herself filed a complaint for coercion, threats and discovery and disclosure of secrets, among others, due to a flood of posts published on the Facebook page Exist Judicial Independence in Badajoz. From photos of her private home to the specific coordinates where the home is located in Almendralejo, aerial and street images, photos of her car, her husband's car parked at his workplace, her properties, images of her profile on networks, at the gym and even allusions to the schools and university residence where her children studied. One publication included the cover of the book The Girl with the Blue Hat, "with an explicit reference," according to the complaint, to "the sequins" on the bikini that the magistrate was wearing inside her home, describing her as "tacky." All of this, through "some illicit drone or hidden camera image capture mechanism" aimed at the interior of her home "to know in detail the book she was reading this summer, sitting in her pool" or what "swimwear she was wearing."
For the magistrate, the purpose was to provoke a "social signal" by putting her "in an obvious risk situation given her work as an investigating judge." He was accused of accepting "little envelopes" that he would keep at his home. In another profile, photographs of the judge's minor children. And threats: "In Almendralejo there are a lot of Romanians and if they find out that in that chalet they have a lot of butter in B... or in family members...". «Really, you, who are nobody, do you think you are untouchable? We continue waiting for you, brave. Give him ovaries, squirt and move forward. You will see the answer.
Some of the messages came from the (fake) account of José García Fernández (who would actually be Eduardo Jorge García, according to the police report), whose cover photo corresponds to six firearms with silencers. On July 1, 2025, with the title Juzgados Caso David Sánchez, the former judge did an interview on his channel. This profile was the one that contacted Cintia Rocho, according to the head of the drug clan in Badajoz.
Regarding the Urban Debates Club, it is known that three of its members (Antonio García-Borruel, José Antonio Hinchado and Javier Ulla), the businessman and initial member of the PSOE sewer, Joaquín Parra, identified them as those who would have acted as informants in the surveillance of the judge and her daughters at the school in Badajoz. They have denied it. Parra warned that they did it in exchange for Sáenz de Tejada's offer not to charge them for his services as a lawyer in the pending criminal cases, some already substantiated, such as a recent 18-month prison sentence for slander against the former mayor of Badajoz, Francisco Javier Fragoso.
So far the facts (there are still quite a few to be clarified) and the possible connections (there are many more examples). Santiago Pedraz now has the floor.
