Horrible death in tire factory

33-year-old Erkan Kundo lost his life after his head got stuck in the machine at the tire factory where he worked in Arifiye district of Sakarya. After the accident, production was suspended at the factory

The incident took place in the factory in Arifiye district at around 05:00 in Sakarya. Erkan Kundo (33), who works at the factory, got his head stuck in the machine while responding to a mechanical malfunction.

According to the news in DHA, health and police teams were dispatched to the factory upon the notice of other workers. Kundo died at the scene.

Kundo's dead body was taken to the morgue after examination. After the accident, production at the factory was suspended.

While workers working in the night shift were dismissed at around 07.00, a message was also sent to workers who would work in the 08.00-16.00 shift.

The workers were informed that the shuttles would not come and the morning shift would not be held.
