LGS winner Elif Müberra Şahin took the first step towards her dreams

Şahin, who graduated from Zeki Hayran Imam Hatip Secondary School, was placed in Özdemir Bayraktar Aviation and Space Technologies Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Aviation and Space Technology Department, following the LGS first placement results.

Şahin said that he started his education at Zeki Hayran Imam Hatip Secondary School because he believed that he could improve himself.

Stating that his main goal was to become a memorizer, Şahin said, "Our school was a school that was established to suit him, but it did not work out. I think our school was very successful academically. My school life was also good."

Şahin stated that the secret of his success was studying regularly and listening to lessons.

Explaining that he achieved success by studying the subjects slowly, Şahin said, "My family gave me great support and help in this process. I would like to thank them very much. They were with me at every stage of my work and resources."

"CONDITIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES ARE VERY NICE"

Regarding his goals after graduating from high school, Şahin said, "My next dreams are to become an aeronautical engineer, an engineer in the aviation field, or to serve my country in some other way. My dream has always been aviation and space. The school I chose is an adequate school, its conditions and facilities are very good. It was exactly the school I wanted. That's why I chose it. I'm glad I chose it. The school is my own choice, my family has no influence."

Elif Müberra said, "When choosing this school, I already checked whether it had the necessary conditions and whether it had the opportunities I wanted. I also looked at its success and opportunities in competitions such as TEKNOFEST and TÜBİTAK. I saw that this school is very good. I still think so. It was very nice. The school is a very logical choice for those who have such dreams and want to study engineering. I recommend it to everyone."

THEY WERE PROUD OF THEIR DAUGHTER'S SUCCESS

Father Halim Şahin also expressed that they were proud of his daughter's success and said: "We expected her to be successful. We did not expect her to get full marks, but her success made us proud. Before my daughter made her choice, I showed her around the schools in Istanbul. She made her choice from there. Good luck to her, it is a difficult process for us. She will be separated from her family for 5 years. I hope she will be successful in school. The secret of her success is that she used social media less, watched television at certain hours. She was also determined. She achieved this."
