The coast of Paraíba has only one stretch of beach unsuitable for swimming; see which

The report collected samples from October 26th to 27th, and is valid until November 6th, the date of release of the next report.

According to the environmental agency, the classification of unsuitable for swimming applies exclusively to a 100-meter strip to the right and left of the collection point. Outside this perimeter, the beaches remain open for swimming, until new data indicates a change in water quality.

In total, Sudema monitors 62 points distributed in the municipalities of João Pessoa, Pitimbu, Mataraca, Baía da Traição, Conde, Lucena, Cabedelo and Rio Tinto.
