E' quella che ci fa vivere, e quindi questo bando ha messo in campo 380 milioni di euro, l'investimento più grosso che ci sia mai stato sugli enti del terzo settore su questo tipo di misura, anche a livello europeo. Ma io ne ho parlato anche nel resto del mondo e, anche lì, non ci sono mai state cose simili".
Al ministero si attendevano "250-300 domande - ha proseguito Locatelli - perché comunque ci sono anche criteri un po' stringenti per cui presentare i progetti. Invece abbiamo ricevuto più di 1.100 domande, per un totale di richieste per 1,3 miliardi. Quindi veramente un successo strepitoso, ma anche un segnale forte, cioè che il mondo del terzo settore è pronto per lavorare con gli enti del terzo settore, con le istituzioni, col mondo privato". "Questa è una grande opportunità che hanno, infatti sono tutti in attesa di sapere quando avranno le risposte" ha concluso.
