A씨는 이후 사고 수습을 위해 현장에 도착한 경찰로부터 신분증 제시를 요구받자 친동생의 주민등록번호를 불러준 것으로 조사됐다.

그는 이전에도 음주운전으로 3차례 처벌받은 전력이 있다.

박 부장판사는 "음주운전으로 처벌받은 전력이 있음에도 또다시 같은 범죄를 저질러 죄질이 좋지 않다"고 판시했다.
