Fenerbahçe released a statement about the health status of the players before their match against Aston Villa.

In the statement made by the yellow-dark blue club, it was stated that Spanish football player Marco Asensio will not be in the squad for the Aston Villa match due to his injury.

KANTE AND LUKAKU ARE IN THE SQUAD

It was announced that French football player N'Golo Kante and Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku will be included in the squad.

Fenerbahçe's statement is as follows:

"Before the Aston Villa match, the health conditions of our football players were evaluated by our medical team and technical staff.

Depending on the blows they received in the last match, a reaction was detected in the knee areas of Marco Asensio and N'Golo Kanté, and in the calf area of Romelu Lukaku.

As a result of the evaluations, Marco Asensio was not included in the squad as a precaution, taking into account the program that envisages a gradual increase in match time after rehabilitation; "It has been decided that N'Golo Kanté and Romelu Lukaku will be included in the match squad."

Fenerbahçe's away match against Aston Villa will start at 22:00 TSI.
