MasterChef 2020 Champion Serhat Doğramacı Rejects Bulls Venture Partnership Allegations

MasterChef Türkiye 2020 champion Chef Serhat Doğramacı made a statement regarding the allegations of partnership with Bulls Venture Capital Investment Partnership, one of the companies at the center of the fund investigation.

Bulls Venture Capital Investment Partnership, in its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on September 15, stated that White Burger Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. with "Bulls Gıda Ticaret A.Ş." He announced that he would establish a new company under his name.

Bulls Girişim had made a capital commitment of 12.5 million TL in return for a 50 percent share in the company to be established with a capital of 25 million TL. It was revealed that White Burger's founder and MasterChef Türkiye 2020 champion Serhat Doğramacı was also on the other side of the company.

Following the news about him, Doğramacı rejected the allegations in a statement he made on his social media account.

Serhat Doğramacı, while responding to the funding allegations against him, said the following:

"Yes, I want to quickly respond to the news that broke last night. I want to respond to slander and slanderous news. So, I don't know what to say on these issues anymore. It would be best to just tell the truth and remain silent, as I always do."

"White Burger's partnership structure has not changed at all since it was founded, friends. I have two partners. Everyone in the industry knows their names, knows them and loves them. They were unique people in their trade. We started a business together, and since we founded White Burger, none of us have done business with anyone else in this sector."

"White Burger is a brand that has been growing with the franchise model for the last 2 years. People love me, love my brand, show their favor, come to our openings, etc. What happens? Our shops make turnover, become profitable, become suitable for franchise. Franchise partners also apply."

"We have a brokerage franchise institution, they are in talks with it. What happens if the right conditions are met, if the franchise is approved by our company, and if our demands are approved by the investor? Now, the transition has been made from the application process to the signature process."
