He added that the agency instilled "terror among human beings because of the air they breathed."
However, anti-contagion prophylactic actions, such as social distancing, saved millions of lives, according to WHO reports.

Milei reiterates sovereignty of the Falkland Islands and accuses UN of ignoring dispute
The president of Argentina, Javier Milei, reiterated his country's sovereignty over the Falkland Islands, which he called a "national issue", during a speech at the UN General Assembly this Wednesday (23).
"An organization that set out to defend the territorial sovereignty of its members decided to look the other way in relation to the situation of the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, the South Sandwich Islands and the surrounding maritime spaces," said Milei about the UN.
"The Malvinas are, for us, a national cause. (...) Today, they are moving towards the extraction of oil on the Argentine continental shelf, corresponding to the North Falklands Basin (...) an illicit act both in the light of International Law and Argentine law", he stated.

The president of Argentina, Javier Milei, stated this Wednesday (23) that the UN has become a useless organization.
"The UN emerged as an organization that intended to guide and arbitrate between States. (...) This was the original purpose, the contract that we all signed. The president of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, stated in a speech to the UN General Assembly this Wednesday (23) that his country will not surrender, even after the threat of "annihilation" made by Donald Trump the previous day.

The only representative of the US delegation left the UN plenary during the speech by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

We were victims of terrorism, says Iran's president at the UN
The president of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, stated in a speech to the UN General Assembly this Wednesday (23) that the country was a victim of terrorism by the United States and Israel during the war in the Middle East.
"These children perished under bombs. They were innocent," Pezeshkian said of the children at the school in Minab, attacked by the US on the first day of the conflict.
Pezeshkian also stated that he does not seek to obtain a nuclear bomb.
"We do not want power to commit crimes or to seek hegemony. We want energy and progress, not to threaten society with weapons. And we want to collaborate with global security," he said.
"The nuclear bomb is in Israel, but the inspectors are in Iran," he said.
