At least 41 parked cars in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler were damaged

At least 41 parked cars were damaged in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler during the night. According to police, a still unknown perpetrator scratched the cars with a sharp object and left some pieces of paper with the details of an apparently uninvolved woman.

The woman was contacted and reported that there had already been similar cases in Euskirchen and Bonn, the police said. Notes with her name were also left there. It was initially unclear whether there was actually a connection.

The police are asking for information from the public. Information on the amount of damage was initially not available.
