[Sports Center/Comprehensive Report] In the last remaining division series, the Guardians, who were the first to receive a draw, played the White Sox away from home today. They relied on 6 runs in 6 games to lay the foundation for victory. They defeated the White Sox 9:5 and won 2 consecutive victories. The series between the two sides was tied at 2:2. The G5 life and death battle will be held the day after tomorrow.

In the third inning, the White Sox relied on Murakami Munataka's bases-loaded walk and Sam Antonacci's sacrifice fly to lead the team 2-0. However, in the fifth inning, the Guardians recovered 1 run on Patrick Bailey's shot, and then star José Ramírez's 2-run shot reversed the situation.

However, the White Sox immediately went on the offensive again in the fifth inning. Then Antonacci, who became the "Magneto King" of the American League this year with 29 pitches, was hit by a ball to tie the game with the bases loaded. In this year's playoffs, he has accumulated 4 pitches, the most in the major leagues. According to data expert Sarah Langs, Antonacci became the first player in the history of the postseason to be hit by the ball multiple times with the bases loaded. Then Brenton Doyle made up for the sacrifice fly, and the White Sox took the lead again.

But the White Sox couldn't be happy for long. In the 6th inning, the Guardians launched a major counterattack. No. 1 pick Travis Bazzana hit a tying double to ignite the game. Coupled with Bailey's another hit, the Guardians then relied on 4 hits and 2 walks. They scored 6 points in a single inning and completely defeated the White Sox. After losing 2 consecutive games in the series, they won 2 consecutive games. The two sides will return to Cleveland the day after tomorrow for a G5 life-or-death battle.
