Moscow and Dom.RF launch AI in construction course

MOSCOW, June 2 - RIA Novosti. The complex of urban planning policy of Moscow and Dom.RF have prepared a course on the use of artificial intelligence in the construction industry, said Vladimir Efimov, deputy mayor of the capital for urban planning policy.

“The educational course was another step in the development of digital competencies in the construction industry. Training specialists who can work with modern technologies and AI services will help to quickly adapt to new tasks, increase work efficiency and maintain the high pace of development in Moscow,” the press service of the capital city complex quotes Efimov as saying.

Thus, during the course it is planned to talk about the use of AI in project planning, data analysis and forecasting demand for residential real estate. Another part of the topics will be devoted to the use of artificial intelligence services at each stage of the investment and construction cycle, during process management, simulation modeling and working with language models. It is noteworthy that the course will combine not only theoretical blocks, but also examples of solving real problems in the construction industry in practice, the city complex said in a statement.

They also emphasized that the educational course can be useful not only for beginners, but also for experienced professionals who will also have to work with modern digital services.

During the course, the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy will share information about some services and how they are used in practice. In particular, participants will be told about tools for monitoring the progress of the construction process, flexible pricing services and solutions for data analysis. In addition, students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the tools of generative design, apartment photography, simulation modeling, collision detection and regulatory control services.
