İstanbul'da motosiklet ve türevi iki tekerlekli araçların trafiğe çıkışı, Valiliğin açıklamasına göre 14 Ekim Çarşamba günü saat 21.00 itibarıyla ikinci bir talimata kadar yasaklandı. Bu nedenle yasak yürürlükte olduğu sürece motosikletle teslimat yapan kuryeler de trafikte araç kullanamayacak.

İSTANBUL VALİLİĞİNİN AÇIKLAMASI

Valilikten yapılan açıklamada şu ifadelere yer verildi:

İstanbul’daki olumsuz hava koşulları, ilimizde başta ulaşım olmak üzere hayatın birçok alanını etkilemektedir.

İstanbul Valiliği olarak yoğun yağışın yarattığı olumsuzlukların, vatandaşlarımızın hayatını en az etkilemesi için bir dizi tedbir almış bulunmaktayız.

Bu kararlar çerçevesinde;

İl genelinde resmî-özel tüm eğitim kurumlarında “yüz yüze eğitim” faaliyetlerine 15 Ekim 2026 Perşembe günü bir (1) gün süreyle ara verilmiştir.

Bununla birlikte kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarında çalışan engelli, hamile, Gazi, Malûl Gazi ve 8 yaşından küçük çocuğu bulunan kadın personel de idari izinli sayılacaktır. Ancak '8 yaşından küçük çocuğu bulunan kadın personel” grubu; sağlık, emniyet ve yağmurla mücadele alanında çalışma yürüten birimlerimizdeki kadın personeli kapsamamaktadır. 8 yaşın altında engelli çocuğu bulunan hangi meslek grubunda olursa olsun çalışan anneler de belirlenen tarihte idari izinli sayılacaktır.
