Diesel prices reached 1,500 dollars on October 1. It decreased gradually, first to 1,417 dollars and then to 1,382 dollars.

Reminding that the ton prices of both Brent oil, diesel and gasoline increased significantly after the US-Iran war, sources said, "There were successive increases in gasoline and diesel prices in the country. For example, in October last year, the price of a liter of gasoline and diesel was 55 TL. A liter of diesel oil recently exceeded 100 TL. A liter of gasoline reached 90 TL."

Sources stating that fuel prices may reach a more reasonable level if global tensions decrease, said: "In the meantime, it should not be forgotten that the SCT on gasoline and diesel will increase gradually. This means new increases. For example, the SCT on diesel will increase by 3 TL on November 1, and by another 3 TL on December 1. In this case, together with VAT, there will be an increase of 3.60 TL on November 1 and 3.60 TL on December 1. The same. "The situation is also the same with gasoline," he commented.
