The clip shared on the Ministry of National Defense’s social media account featured footage of operations and exercises conducted by the Turkish Armed Forces using the domestically produced and national weapons, ammunition, and vehicles they possess today.

The post emphasized that while weapons, capabilities, and technology have evolved over time, the Turkish soldier’s unshakable will remains unchanged when it comes to the homeland. The following statement was included:

“The Turkish soldier, who once wrote epics in times of scarcity with his bayonet, courage, and sacrifice, is now carrying that same heroic spirit into the future by combining it with the power of domestic and national technology. Our glorious army, marching toward the future with the strength it has drawn from the past, continues to be the unshakable power of the Turkish nation, the guarantee of our independence, and the assurance of our tomorrows.

We congratulate you on the 30th of August Victory Day and Turkish Armed Forces Day, and we honor with gratitude and remembrance our dear martyrs and heroic veterans who sacrificed their lives for the homeland, starting with our Commander-in-Chief, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and his comrades-in-arms.
