Woman is arrested in Santarém after failing to comply with protective measures and probation

The arrest was carried out by teams from the 35th Military Police Battalion (35th BPM). According to Lieutenant Alciomar, the woman was found outside her residence, lying in a hammock, and did not resist, eliminating the need for handcuffs during the action.

According to the warrant issued by the Santarém Criminal Execution Court, Bruna had been granted parole, but failed to appear at the forum to sign the mandatory documentation. She was sentenced to one year and three months in prison, served just three months and must now return to the prison system to serve the remainder of her one-year sentence.

Upon arriving at the police station, Bruna spoke to the press, admitted that she disobeyed court orders and stated that she does not regret the crime of bodily harm committed against her ex-partner.

"I wasn't responding again, it's the second time. I didn't go to sign. The court granted freedom, I disobeyed, I didn't go to sign and I'm here again to pay the bill. I don't regret it."

Lieutenant Alciomar highlighted that, in addition to not attending the forum, the woman also has a history of conflicts in other relationships. Recently, she allegedly invaded the space of an ex-partner, violating a court order in force.

"She was given the opportunity to respond in freedom, she didn't take advantage, she failed to comply with the measure and the precautionary regression came out. She is also already responsible for violence in the family context and was breaking a protective measure that her current partner has against her."
