NEW Party decision from Murat Karayalçın: 'I believe in Özgür Özel'

Former Deputy Prime Minister and former Social Democratic Populist Party (SHP) Chairman Murat Karayalçın announced that he joined the NEW Party. Karayalçın, who held a press conference at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), said that Turkey needed a change in its management approach.

Speaking before Karayalçın, NEW Party Ankara Deputy Umut Akdoğan announced that NEW Party Chairman Özgür Özel will pin a badge on Karayalçın in the Ankara Provincial Presidency primary election to be held tomorrow.

“Türkiye IS EXPERIENCED POVERTY AMONG THE PRESENCE”

Stating that Turkey has been facing serious problems in state and city administration for a long time, Karayalçın stated that the current situation is unsustainable.

Karayalçın used the following statements in his speech:

"Türkiye has been experiencing multiple organ failure in state and city administration for a long time. Our country, which has great resources and great potential, is experiencing poverty in wealth. This situation is unacceptable and unsustainable.

We must establish a new city and state administration in which our Constitution, laws, decisions and rules are taken into account and implemented, and economic and social planning is prepared. “We must establish it together with our people.”

“I BELIEVE IN ÖZGÜR ÖZEL”

Expressing that there is a strong demand for innovation in society, Karayalçın said that he trusts the YENİ Party and Chairman Özgür Özel to implement this change.

Karayalçın completed his statement with the following words:

"There is a strong demand for innovation in our society. I sincerely believe that our NEW Party will do these. I believe in our Chairman Özgür Özel and I have become a member of the new party."
