In his interview with AA, Bergusi stated that the Oslo Accords signed between the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Israel are "dead" and that Tel Aviv used the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands as the "leading force" to implement its plan to annex the West Bank and force Palestinians to migrate.
Recalling the blockade in the Kusra town south of Nablus, Bergusi described the attack and blockade here as the "integration of roles" of the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands and the Israeli army.
Bergusi emphasized that what happened in Kusra was "one of the most dangerous situations that Palestine has been exposed to since 1948."
Bergusi says he wants to "Judaise" the entire West Bank
"Israel's transfer of security powers in settlements from the army to the police is a step towards handing over the West Bank to the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands." Making his evaluation, Bergusi stated that this is a serious development for the situation in the region.
"Israel is using colonialists and terrorist settlers as a leading force to implement its plan to annex and Judaize the entire West Bank and force its inhabitants to migrate." Bergusi stated that this means "dangerous ethnic cleansing" similar to what happened in the Nakba in 1948.
Bergusi said that the methods used by Zionist gangs at that time, including Irgun and Stern, are used by "terrorist gangs" today.
"The situation is extremely dangerous and action is needed by all possible means." Bergusi stated that Israel's ability to reach this stage and act as it wishes in the region is due to the silence of the countries and the failure to take the necessary steps at the regional level.
Bergusi noted that the attacks of the Israelis, who usurped Palestinian lands in the West Bank, are not limited to Qusra.
"What happened shows that the cooperation between the Israeli army and the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands is increasing." In his evaluation, Bergusi said that an increasingly integrated structure has emerged between the parties.
The Israelis, who usurped Palestinian lands, have been keeping 3 Palestinian families in Qusra under siege since August 9, by blocking the roads leading to their homes and preventing the homeowners from entering and exiting.

He argued that this decision meant "leaving the West Bank in the hands of Ben-Gvir (Israel's far-right National Security Minister Itamar) and the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands."
Stating that fanatical Israelis "infiltrated and entered all elements" of society, Bergusi said, "The Israeli army avoids applying any pressure on any settler." he said.
Citing what happened in Kusra as an example, Bergusi stated that "houses were under siege, deprived of water, electricity and food" in the town and repeated that this was "extremely dangerous".
Bergusi also criticized the attitude of the USA and said, "The USA, which claims to attach importance to peace and established a peace council, did not truly condemn Israel." he said.
Regarding the allegations that the security of a US citizen would be ensured to reach his home in Qusra, Bergusi said that the issue is beyond the protection of a specific US citizen, but is about the right to protection of all Palestinians.
"Should only someone with US citizenship be protected? Why, aren't other Palestinians human beings?" asked Bergusi and continued as follows:
"There is no difference between a Palestinian with US, Spanish or Palestinian citizenship. They are all Palestinians and they should all be treated with respect. What Israel is doing is a violation of all rules of international law."
The issue of two-state solution
Making evaluations about the attitudes of Western countries, Bergusi criticized the countries that continue to talk about a two-state solution without taking any steps against Israel.
Bergusi said, "While Israel is murdering the independence of the Palestinian state and the idea of a two-state solution, Western countries that continue to talk about a two-state solution without taking any punitive measures are actually being hypocritical." he said.
Bergusi said that the fight against the developments he described as dangerous is not limited to political attitudes, and that Palestinians' ability to stay in their land should be supported.
"There's only one way." Bergusi said, praising the "heroism" of the Palestinian people and their resistance in occupied East Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque, Nablus and other regions, adding, "All Palestinian people, like the people of Nablus and Gaza, are resisting." he said.
Stating that the Palestinians remaining on their land ensured that the number of Palestinians living in the region exceeded the number of Israeli Jews, Bergusi said that this was "the main reason why the ongoing Israeli plans failed."
However, Bergusi stated that the resistance of the Palestinians needs support and that its success "must be accompanied by the implementation of punitive measures against the government that violates all rules of international law."
Call for "united strategy" in Palestine
Regarding the situation within Palestine, Bergusi called on official institutions and Palestinian groups to support citizens' ability to stay in their land and to move towards national unity.
Bergusi stated that the current stage requires a re-evaluation of the Palestinian political process and said, "The duty of official institutions is to turn to national unity and abandon the Oslo Accord." he said.
"The Oslo (Accords) are dead, to continue to talk about adhering to them is to cling to a dream, to something that has been lost." Using his statements, Bergusi called on everyone to implement the agreements and work to create a "united national leadership" that can manage the Palestinian struggle on the basis of a "united national strategy".
