The head of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, pointed out that the project adopted by the government at that time did not give local governments and residents any rights to limit short-term rental.
The deputy head of MSiT, Ireneusz Raś, argued that the solutions adopted at that time were sufficient.
At the beginning of September, however, the government adopted an amendment restoring the solutions contained in the original bill.
