Benjamin Netanyahu says this clearly after once again denying the Haaretz article according to which he had been warned by the president of the United Arab Emirates of an attack planned by Hamas days before the offensive on 7 October 2023. Netanyahu stated on X that he had instructed his lawyers to sue the newspaper and its journalist, Shlomi Eldar.

Netanyahu claims that a possible phone call with Mohammed bin Zayed between early September 2023 and the October 7 invasion would have left unambiguous documentation, which has not been found.
