Week 1 of the NFL is here, and while that is exciting, several teams are dealing with notable injuries as they enter their first games of the season. The Atlanta Falcons won't have their top two quarterbacks, the Las Vegas Raiders will be without their top weapon, Brock Bowers, and the New York Giants could be without their top wideout, Malik Nabers, for their primetime conference clash with the Dallas Cowboys.

While almost every NFL team will have a player or two listed on their final injury reports, these will likely be the cleanest injury reports all year! Below, we will break down the official injury reports for Week 1 in the NFL.

New Orleans Saints at Detroit Lions

Saints:TE Oscar Delp (hamstring), RB Audric Estime (thigh), DE Cameron Jordan (hamstring) OUT; RB Alvin Kamara (knee) QUESTIONABLE

Lions: CB Christian Izien (groin) QUESTIONABLE

The Saints won't have veteran defensive end Cameron Jordan for Week 1, as he sat out practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a hamstring injury. Running back Alvin Kamara is officially listed as questionable to play with his MCL sprain, but practiced Friday as a full participant.

The Lions enter Week 1 relatively healthy with only one player with a game status: nickel corner Christian Izien (groin). Izien was a limited practice participant all week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Cincinnati Bengals

Buccaneers: OT Justin Skule (oblique), RB Sean Tucker (hamstring), WR Jalen McMillan (knee) DOUBTFUL; LB Christian Rozeboom (foot) QUESTIONABLE

Bengals: DE Shemar Stewart (knee) DOUBTFUL

Baker Mayfield could be without one of his wide receivers, Jalen McMillan, who was limited all week in practice with a knee injury. He's doubtful to suit up. The same is true for backup running back Sean Tucker, who missed practice on Wednesday with a hamstring injury.

For the Bengals, Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and DJ Turner II were all listed on the injury report, but carry no game designations into Week 1 -- which is good. Shemar Stewart, on the other hand, missed practice Friday with a knee injury and is considered doubtful.

Baltimore Ravens at Indianapolis Colts

Ravens: LB Teddye Buchanan (knee), DT Nnamdi Madubuike (neck) OUT; WR Devontez Walker (groin) QUESTIONABLE

Colts: TLB Austin Ajiake (hamstring) QUESTIONABLE

Baltimore Ravens two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike (neck) only played two games last season before going down with a season-ending neck injury. He practiced as a limited participant all week, but Baltimore isn't rushing him back to action in Week 1. Linebacker Teddye Buchanan (knee) is also out after practicing in a limited fashion all week.

The Indianapolis Colts only have one player with a game status: linebacker Austin Ajiake (hamstring). The injury popped up on Friday, even though he had fully practiced on both Wednesday and Thursday. Wide receiver Alec Pierce (heel) doesn't have a game status after being limited all week, so he'll be good to go for Week 1.

Cleveland Browns at Jacksonville Jaguars

Browns: OG Teven Jenkins (back) OUT, C Parker Brailsford (thumb) QUESTIONABLE

Jaguars: RB LeQuint Allen Jr. (hip) QUESTIONABLE

Browns starting right guard Teven Jenkins will miss the season opener with a back injury. Rookie Austin Barber will start in his place next to Tytus Howard on the right side.

Jaguars running back LeQuint Allen Jr. (hip) is the only player with a game status on Jacksonville's injury report. He is questionable after not practicing Wednesday and being a limited participant on Thursday and Friday.

New York Jets at Tennessee Titans

Jets: EDGE Joseph Ossai (foot), WR Tim Patrick (groin) OUT; RB Kene Nwangwu (back), DB D'Angelo Ponds (calf) DOUBTFUL

Titans: LB Cedric Gray (concussion) OUT

The Jets are without free agent addition Joseph Ossai. Rookie slot corner D'Angelo Ponds was limited all week with a calf injury and is considered doubtful. That means Jarvis Brownlee Jr. will see plenty of action against his former team.

The Titans will be without linebacker Cedric Gray because of a concussion. He didn't practice all week. Gray is the only Titans player with a game status.

Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans

Bills: DL T.J. Sanders (knee), RB Ty Johnson (hamstring), CB Jordan Hancock (quad) QUESTIONABLE

Texans: NONE

The Bills have three players questionable: defensive lineman T.J. Sanders (knee), running back Ty Johnson (hamstring) and Jordan Hancock (quad). Sanders was limited in practice on Wednesday and Friday, but did not practice on Thursday. Johnson practiced for the first time all week as a limited participant on Friday, while Hancock has improved throughout the week. He didn't practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday, and fully practiced on Friday.

The Houston Texans are incredibly healthy entering Week 1: their injury report lists no one with a game status.

Atlanta Falcons at Pittsburgh Steelers

Falcons: QB Tua Tagovailoa (oblique), OL Cameron Williams (ankle), QB Michael Penix Jr. (knee), CB CB Billy Bowman Jr. (Achilles) OUT; DE Za'Darius Smith (shoulder) QUESTIONABLE

Steelers: CB Joey Porter Jr. (back) QUESTIONABLE

The Falcons will start Week 1 down their top two quarterback with Tua Tagovailoa suffering an oblique injury on Thursday in practice, and Michael Penix Jr. (knee) not ready to return from the torn ACL injury he suffered last season. That has journeyman Cooper Rush in line to start in head coach Kevin Stefanski's team debut. Veteran edge rusher Za'Darius Smith (shoulder) is the only player questionable for Sunday.

Cornerback Joey Porter Jr. (back) is the only player on the Steelers' injury report after being limited all week. His limited status could somewhat be tied to his ongoing contract negotiations, as he is set to enter the final year of his rookie deal in 2026.

Chicago Bears at Carolina Panthers

Bears: QB Tyson Bagent (back), WR Rome Odunze (calf), OL Ozzy Trapilo (knee), DB Xavier Woods (groin) QUESTIONABLE

Panthers: EDGE Patrick Jones II (back) OUT

Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze is questionable to suit up Sunday after being limited in practice all week with a calf injury. Ozzy Trapilo, who is also questionable, was limited all week with a knee injury, and Xavier Woods was limited Thursday and Friday with a groin injury. He, too, is questionable.

The Panthers had a relatively clean injury report, with Patrick Jones II the only player listed. That also means running back Jonathon Brooks is cleared to play in his first NFL game since Dec. 8, 2024.

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings

Packers: DL Warren Brinson (calf) OUT; RT Zach Bako-Bewele (knee), G Aaron Banks (knee), LB Ty'Ron Hopper (Achilles) QUESTIONABLE

Vikings: NONE

No injury designations for the Vikings entering Week 1. Safety Jacob Thomas and offensive tackle Caleb Tiernan were listed on the report earlier this week with ankle injuries, but will play.

The Packers only ruled out defensive lineman Warren Brinson after he didn't practice this week. Starting right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele and starting left guard Aaron Banks (knee) are both questionable after both being limited practice participants all week. Linebacker Ty'Ron Hopper is also questionable after practicing for the first time this week on Friday in a limited fashion.

Miami Dolphins at Las Vegas Raiders

Dolphins: NONE

Raiders: TE Brock Bowers (knee) OUT

The Miami Dolphins don't have any injury designations for Week 1. Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty (ankle) is good to go for Sunday after practicing fully every day this week and not having a game status on the final injury report. Las Vegas All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers (knee) is out after having a meniscus trim procedure on Tuesday.

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Chargers

Cardinals: CB Garrett Williams (Achilles), Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (ribs), OL Isaiah Adams (knee) OUT; RB Jeremiyah Love (ankle) QUESTIONABLE

Chargers: CB Deane Leonard (abdomen) OUT; LB Tuli Tuipulotu (hip) QUESTIONABLE

The Arizona Cardinals ruled out three players: offensive lineman Isaiah Adams (knee), safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (ribs) and cornerback Garrett Williams (Achilles). Adams didn't practice all week while Taylor-Demerson didn't practice on Thursday or Friday. Williams was ruled out after being a limited participant all week. Third overall pick running back Jeremiyah Love (ankle) is questionable after being a limited practice participant all week.

Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles

Commanders: None

Eagles: OLB Jonathan Greenard (pectoral) OUT; TE Eli Stowers (hamstring) QUESTIONABLE

The Washington Commanders don't have any players listed as game status for their season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles ruled out edge rusher Jonathan Greenard (pectoral) after he was a limited practice participant all week, and tight end Eli Stowers (hamstring) is questionable after being a limited practice participant all week.

Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants

Cowboys: RB Malik Davis (hip) OUT

Giants: WR Malik Nabers (knee) QUESTIONABLE

Dallas Cowboys No. 2 running back Malik Davis went down with a hip injury Friday in practice.

Pro Bowl wide receiver Malik Nabers (knee) is questionable to play on Sunday despite practicing fully all week. Nabers is working his way back from a torn ACL he suffered last season, and he said the team will leave the final decision on when he returns up to him.

"I've been wanting to play for so long now, but at the end of the day, I can't put my career at risk," Nabers said on Thursday. "I gotta take that into account. There's a lot of football that I still have left to play. Making a split decision on when do I think I'm able to go out there and perform rather than just going out there -- I think the coaches know that, I know that I have a lot more football to play. So just being conscious of making sure I'm at the right standpoint of going back out there."

Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs (Monday)

Broncos: Marvin Mims (foot) FULL

Chiefs: LT Josh Simmons (back), S Chamarri Conner (knee) DID NOT PRACTICE

Open Questions

  • Will Malik Nabers suit up for the Giants in Week 1?
  • Will Alvin Kamara play despite his MCL sprain?
