Turin murder: today the validation hearing for the three arrested

The validation hearing will be held this afternoon for the three arrested after the discovery of a body torn to pieces in an apartment on the northern outskirts of Turin, where a teacher lives for rent. The victim is Fabio Colapietro, 39 years old, born in Chivasso.

Christian Matheus De Oliveira Morando, 26 years old, originally from Chivasso and resident in Turin, will appear before the investigating judge, seriously suspected of murder and suppression of the corpse, and - for aiding and abetting the suppression of the corpse - Nicole Formichetti, 47 years old, originally from Rieti, teacher, and Keith Butig, 22 years old, from Turin.

Body parts had been found in black bags and others inside buckets covered with quick-setting cement, in the night between last Thursday and Friday. The alarm was raised by De Oliveira Morando's mother, who had called 112, stating that her son had harmed a person.

Initially the twenty-six year old would have spoken of a fight over a robbery or theft.
