Peskov: Russia-Ukraine negotiations can start in October

Peskov made statements to journalists in New Delhi, the capital of India, on current issues.

Evaluating the possibility of resuming negotiations between Russia, the USA and Ukraine to resolve the crisis, Peskov said, "Most likely, negotiations can start in October. We do not ignore such a possibility." he said.

Regarding Lithuania's plans to lift the ban on nuclear weapons in its constitution, Spokesperson Peskov said, "Lithuania thinks that this will ensure its security. On the contrary, this will be a great danger for the country. They do not understand this. They will become a target for our country's nuclear weapons." he said.
