German Ministry of Agriculture Undersecretary Rainer Will Visit Türkiye

A statement was published by the German Ministry of Agriculture regarding Rainer's visit to Türkiye on 16-17 September.

In the statement, it was stated that Türkiye is an important trade partner for Germany and that Rainer will meet with representatives of the German and Turkish business world within the scope of his contacts in Türkiye.

Rainer, whose evaluation of his visit to Türkiye was included in the statement, emphasized that they aimed to expand the export opportunities of the agriculture and food sector and develop cooperation with Türkiye.

"My aim is to create new opportunities for our agriculture and food sector within the scope of our agricultural export strategy." Rainer pointed out the importance of commercial relations between Türkiye and Germany.

Rainer pointed out that cooperation between reliable trade partners has gained importance in a period when geopolitical difficulties are experienced on a global scale, and said, "Especially in this period when global geopolitical difficulties are experienced, it is of great importance for reliable trade partners such as Türkiye and Germany to cooperate closely." he stated.

It is expected that Rainer's meetings with the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı in Ankara will discuss bilateral relations in the agriculture and food sectors, as well as commercial cooperation opportunities.
