Gate activated
According to Lieutenant Couto, the Military Police carried out an investigation at the residence and identified the possible explosive device. The house was isolated and the Fire Department and Gate were called.
"We can't assess it with certainty. Possibly, from what we looked at above, it could be an explosive device," said the lieutenant.
He stated that four houses, in addition to Rua Castro Alves, were isolated to prevent the movement of people and vehicles. "There were residents and they went to their relatives' house, a safer place. [It is recommended not to return until] the GATE team tests that everything is safe, it is better not to return."
