Russia attacked Ukraine using missiles and 188 drones, including 86 jet drones, the Air Force said.

"Unfortunately, two women died as a result of enemy fire. We express our condolences to their families and loved ones. Four people were injured, one of whom was hospitalized," the Kiev city military administration reported in the Telegram messenger.

It was noted that Russia attacked the capital with ballistic missiles and combat drones, and the effects of the shelling were recorded in four districts of Kiev.

Tymur Tkachenko, head of the military administration of the Kiev region, announced that the body of a child was found under the rubble in the city of Vyshorod after the Russian attack.

He added that rescuers rescued three people in the ruins of a private house. These include a child who had an acute reaction to stress; the man has head wounds and the woman has leg injuries, Tkachenko explained.

What did Russia attack with?

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russian forces carried out attacks using Zirkon/Oniks anti-ship missiles, Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles and 188 Shahed-class combat unmanned aerial vehicles, of which 86 were jet models. The main target of the attack was the Kiev Oblast.

Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense shot down 160 air attack assets, including five ballistic missiles and 155 drones of various types. Hostile hits were reported at 18 locations.
