The alarm raised on 112 led to the arrival of the police who found the house damaged and the woman injured, who was then taken to the emergency room. The code red was triggered and the woman was taken to a protected facility with her two children and her mother. Once the complaint was formalized, the following day, the investigations outlined a picture of persecutory and harmful conduct, with the issuing of the precautionary measure for aggravated personal injury and serious threat.
