Report by Fala Macuxi wins award for the second consecutive year with story of indigenous entrepreneur and innovation in the Amazon

🥇 First place went to the report "From North to South, production of cupuaçu jelly beans conquers Brazil", shown by the program Fala Macuxi. The material was produced by journalist Ester Arruda, with the participation of Lena Galvão, Marcelo Vila Real, José Caetano and Gabriella Lira.

The report tells the story of an indigenous entrepreneur and shows how cupuaçu, a characteristic product of the Amazon, was transformed into a business opportunity that reaches other regions of the country.

This was the second year in a row that a Fala Macuxi report won in the video category. In 2025, the team came first with the material "Children and young people from Caracaraí dream of being Olympic athletes", about a social entrepreneurship project that has contributed to the lives of children and young people in the region.

For Ester Arruda, winning the award for the second year in a row represents recognition for the team that runs the program.

🥈 Second place went to the report "Amazônia Agro shows the invention of a farmer who created a bean threshing machine". The report was represented by journalist and former team member Ailton Alves Barbosa, with the participation of Raquel Maia, Ronny Alcântara and Lucas Wilame.

The production presented the invention of a farmer and highlights a solution created in the field to facilitate working with beans, valuing innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives in the state.
