Russians in the hands of Polish services. They may have links to terrorism

The organized international criminal group was dismantled thanks to the cooperation of CBŚP, CBZC and ABW.

The detained Russians had been in Poland for two years and a temporary stay for one year, and both were captured in Warsaw. They have entries in their systems warning that they may have contacts with terrorist organizations.

Apart from them, a Ukrainian and nine Poles were also caught by the police - among them was a hooligan from Warsaw. A total of four men and eight women were detained.

They are between 21 and 57 years old. They face up to 12 years in prison. 7 of them were arrested, the rest were placed under police supervision.

This is how criminals operated

The group has been operating for two years - mainly in Warsaw, Łódź and Białystok. She specialized in fraud using fast mobile payments. As our journalist found, the suspects committed fraud worth at least several million zlotys. They earned from several dozen to 200 thousand zlotys a day.

The services seized from the detainees money in Polish and foreign currencies, jewelry and cars with a total value exceeding PLN 850,000. zlotys. The services do not rule out further arrests in this case.
