DUSHANBE, October 1. /TASS/. All prerequisites are in place for an increase in trade volumes between Russia and Tajikistan by 2.5 times by 2030, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said, adding that the authorities of both countries need to work towards this goal.
"We are making good progress on trade turnover. <…> Our goal is to increase [its volume] 2.5-fold by 2030, so we need to work even harder. We have all prerequisites for it," he said at negotiations with the republic’s Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda ahead of the 22nd meeting of the intergovernmental commission between the two countries on economic cooperation.
